Transferring an Applicant/Employee

If the person is in TraitSet and has NOT been onboarded -
An Area/District/Regional Manager login is required:

To transfer:

Click on the Candidate’s name
You will see a drop down labeled "Switch Location" currently with the store they are now in.  Select the new store and click the “Switch” button next to the drop down.

They are now transferred.

If the person has been onboarded -
ONLY an HR Admin can transfer:

Click on the Division/Store the employee is currently in and choose Manage Staff - Current Employees
Click on the "Edit" button in line with the employee's name
You will see a drop down under "Divisions", select the new store/division.
Click the "Update" button at the bottom of the screen.
